I made a purchase on Amazon using my rewards
dollars. I paid 5.99 for next day delivery. It
never came for the next 2 days. I called Amazon
they sent me an email saying 4 cents will go back
to my credit card and 5.95 will go back into my
Amazon rewards to use on another purchase. 3 weeks
later no refund back. Called Chase 3 times and
spent about an hour each time on the phone. The last time the
supervisor said I have to contact a special
department because they showed it refunded.
That’s just terrible customer service. Their
mistake so me the customer has to do all the foot
work. I said if it’s refunded then why
can’t I see it. That was over two weeks ago.
I’m ready to close out my credit card and
just use my Bank of America credit card and earn
my points on that one. I believe it has better
earning power anyways.
Amazon uses Chase for their credit service and neither company knows how to refund their reward dollars back into the Amazon rewards bank so you have immediate access to it to use for another purchase.… read more
