The worst customer service ever. Usually they
don’t know what’s going on, takes a
lot of time and a lot of phone call transfer, and
you have to explain for them over and over. And
after all, they are not helpful.
Today I wanted to confirm my change of address before they make decision on my credit card application, and the agent told me there is no way to contact that team, and my application will be rejected because of that. This happened while another agent suggested before to send them the documents with my current address, and then call and confirm it on the phone. Extremely unsatisfying. Will never apply for this card again. They apparently don’t need a customer like me with and excellent credit score of 760. After all, they agent was hanging up the phone on me. Very rude.… read more
