I was a good credit using customer for over 5
YEARS with FNB. Never missed a payment in 5 years.
I did recently miss September and Octobers
payments while I was unemployed for 5 months. I
finally got back to work and made a $250 payment
to get my account back in check. When I called
customer service to see why my account was locked,
they informed me that my account was closed and
can not be re-opened. The
customer service representative and manager were
both short, rude and did not care about me or my
account history. They did not care that I have
good payment history for over 5 years!
I will be transferring this balance to an other card, and will not give FNB an other dime.
And I promise you that I will be telling all my friends, co-workers, and all the members of my social groups NOT to use FNB.
