to bring CHASE rewards to their knees!
The mismanagement of the transition to the Expedia’s booking platform has led to a HORRIBLE customer experience. I was once an avid promoter and provider of monthly referrals for new chase reserve customers. Not anymore.
Chase management needs to seriously reconsider and challenge Expedia on the deplorable committment to customer service and their ability to successfully transition technological platforms.
