I HATE this bank! Every time I have to log in-
it's a nightmare! Why cant I just log in with my
username and password? Why do I have to log into
my email account and answer security questions
that I give answers to and it still does not allow
me in... every time!
And I always have to call them for some reason that should not be necessary. The programs are a hassle and the customer service gives results that they do not have anything in place to resolve!! For instance: I needed to make a same day payment to a law firm that requires my billing zip code to be on file... Well, Woodforest did not have this in place for my debit card and when they updated it they told me that it would be 48 hours before it would be updated!!! That meant that I would not be able to make the payment I needed to make (SAME DAY) via my debit card.
Something that should of been a ten minute process has turned into an hour (including this), not to mention I still have not been able to make my payment and need to figure it out.
I really need to switch back to Chase, Bank of America, or Wells Fargo- stick with the big banks!… read more
