I have been with Woodforest for over 2 years. Recently, i had a $300.00 charge that I did not authorize. I disputed it AND changed my bank information. When i called a week later i was told this was found to be a valid purchase which was not accurate. I will be closing this account once my direct deposit olinformation is finalized. The online customer service is extremely unhelpful as well. Very poor bank.
