Closed the account without notifying me because it
had been paid off, not to mention that they had
also reduced my credit line.
Only found out about it after I called customer service to ask about getting a new card number because the one in my wallet had expired, and was told that I no longer had an open account with them.
Needless to say, won't be applying for another card with them.
