From what I can tell in reading these other
reviews, most people here are either completely
entitled, don't know how to read statements, or
would rather blame their own lack of effort or
mishaps on someone else. If you don't want late
fees, don't be late. If you don't want interest
charges from promotional balances, read your
statements that tell you when to pay it off. Sure
it may seem that credit cards are stacked against us as consumers, but also
as consumers we have to adapt and be responsible
for our own accounts.
Comenity financed a large purchase through Pottery Barn for me at a zero percent rate for 18 months. It said plainly on the first statement and then every single one that followed when I needed to have it paid off. It clearly listed my due date. I was able to pay it off in time at no interest.
Take responsibility for your own actions. We're all busy, we all have lives, we all have things happen to us. Don't blame a business for your own inability to be a responsible consumer.… read more
