This is the worse bank and worse customer
BUT they are number one at ripping you off.
Back in March 2018, they start charging my daughters with monthly fees, even though they told us that it was free for students. I spent 2 hours on the phone trying to fix it. We got disconnected and they didn't have the decency to call me back to finish updating my daughters profile to be able to have students status ( Students status that they had for the past 5 years). They said they wanted to update their date of birth, like it's something that changes. It is a shame. I am definitely motivated to move their account to another bank.
