I agree with many other customers, no rewards,high
interest and dishonest overall. Similar when
shopping in store .they pay most employees minimum
From what I understand they are separate from each other. No one held accountable. They locked ,limited acces and function my account without explaining anything to me. I had received texts for codes. They didn’t inquire to find out what type of code it was for( purchase, log in, in store,payment or anything) they punish the consumer and if I thought it might be a Kroger employee I would have to do something they won’t.
They didn’t even take note of the information I did have.
Funny thing is they just set it up to where the Kroger employee could go ahead and steal.
This really ticks me off. Steal and ruin other hard working peoples credit and money.… show more
