Unbelievably Bad - My account was hit with fraudulent charges. Not only did they not catch this, they allowed the thieves to overdraft my account and they expect me to pay the overdraft fees as well. This was not my primary bank or primary account (thank God) and since wasn't actively using the account I was unaware that it had been compromised until after the deadline had passed for reimbursement of my funds. That's on me though, I could have checked my account and seen there were unauthorized charges. What I have a problem with is they demand I pay overdraft fees for every time attempts were made to use my card. Wow.

The biggest issue I have had with this checking account is the somewhat slow transfer fees in comparison to other checking accounts that I have had, otherwise I have thoroughly enjoyed this account and will keep using it since I do not transfer money very often. I would recommend this to anyone who does not transfer money very often.
