They illegally purchase alleged medical debt without showing proof of HIPAA consent to have information released when requested. It is illegal to purchase alleged medical debt without HIPAA signed release from pt, and even more illegal to add said alleged medical debt to credit report.

This debt collector or ABLTY RECOVER has harassed me for sometime now. This medical bill should have never come to pass being I have Medicade. I've had it the mark removed from my Credit Report via dispute and this derogatory mark keeps appearing over and over

This collection agency is not legally aloud to come after me but they keep trying. I have had to get my lawyer involved and filed a complaint with the attorney generals office. They aren't following the law.

After informing them of my Medicaid status they would not stop with the constant phone calls. Sometimes 20-30 times a day. Rude and unprofessional staff

Not a valid bill, unauthorized use of card. Card was not used by card account owner.Ive sent documentation to provide proof, and no removal has been executed.

I got a loan from a credit union in June of 2021 to pay off a debt through this company it was paid off and they will not remove the account I have called many times and these people are very rude

Mrs. Tracy Dale was a wonderful woman to work with. When she wasn’t in a nice man helped me with the payment and sent me a receipt as well as sending to the credit bureaus for a pay for delete.
