They violated a contract for early termination and backed out to charge me more. They changed everything on many customers and they are stealing money from people.

The agent l used was pleasant to deal with. Discounted what I owed took payment over the phone . Informed me account was closed . this Was a very easy and fast process.

They’re scammers. They have 58% change rate if you dispute. That’s more than half of the debts to they report are false! They try to report debt as if it’s a defaulted payday loan….Usually $300 each

They called me last week saying that I owed YouFit money for a lapsed membership, I was barely able to get a word in before the representative immediately interrupted me saying "you signed a contract." This was the first time I was hearing anything about missed payments, I had the membership charged to my Chase card that I've never missed a payment on and have never came close to maxing out, my credit score is excellent and haven't had any outstanding debts since my early 20s, so in almost two decades. So forgive me for getting a little irritated when I asked "why didn't they contact me by phone, email or send a letter about payment issues?" and received "that's your responsibility" as a response, then being told that I was the one acting unprofessional. How on Earth am I supposed to know that the company was having issues, or straight up failed to charge me? I told him what was what and said to call back when they'd be willing to talk to me like a human being, then hung up on him. The guy had a very aggressive tone the entire time and I could tell that the conversation was going to be volatile the very second he spoke when I answered the phone call. I originally wrote this all off as a scam call, that is until I got a letter in the mail from them and they even had somebody come knocking on my door over it, mind you this was all for a debt that was barely over $100. This was all just days apart from the initial phone call, you'd think I was facing a criminal charge with the way they came at me. Funny thing is these unnecessary actions probably cost them more than the actual debt was worth. I contacted the gym to make sure this was all legit and resolved the payment issue (turned out it was an issue ON THEIR END, yet the debt collector blamed me entirely), so hopefully I'll never have to deal with these ridiculously over the top and rude people ever again.

They are charging me for an account that was closed by me and the company never closed. They refuse to fix this despite it being almost impossible to reach the company the charge was through

I’m sick of all of the harassing phone calls and rude representatives giving me a hard way to go for attempting to satisfy a perceived debt.
