American Auto Shield

We were denied by American Auto shield on a claim on our covered vehicle a 09-Dodge Journey. There is an issue with the back axle Differential failure and this was covered under our contract. We have been members since 2018 and invested over $5000. I am handicapped trying to get my car repaired, I can’t get to my doctor's appointment for well over a month now and the adjuster refuses to listen to Chrysler the repair shop who told American Auto shield this was a known problem with Dodge Journey he rather goes with their 3rd party adjuster, of course, he used that report to not honor the contract. I have submitted my service records as requested I also had to submit my towing invoice to prove to the adjuster I did not drive the vehicle as we were accused. The crazy part is we used car shield roadside service to tow to the Chrysler Dealership. I feel they are trying to use every excuse not to pay this claim. I don’t have 5000 to give away.
