No stars. Terrible company. Rude disrespectful and un-professional customer service. They are not helpful at all. You can make every single payment on time for 2 years, and they still won’t help you during hard times. No matter how desperate you are to get a car, wait for a better company, or build your scores first. This company is a trap.

Fraudulent x60k the most unethical company that government has allowed to setup and functions within every jurisdiction. This company just deposited a check with my name into there LLC without my signature, POA, Conservorship , nor Durable POA and did not apply the funds to my account pretended that they never receive the money until I requested s copy of the image of the check from the insurance company. To add insult to injury this has negatively impacted my credit score preventing me from purchasing a new car if I wanted and or applying for a home loan. ACA has also, taken money from GAP insurance I was paying for, and an extended warranty the car was total paid off and they are still requesting for me to pay the total length of the loan 5yrs. Delusional

Haven't been able to get into contact to make a payment . Use to do online payment but had a few issues with card so was blocked from accessing online and had to do phone payment . Now they can't hear me when I call and hang up .

I released the car back to them I’m no longer the owner of this car. They new just like the dealership I purchased the car from that the car was good. An they still told me I had to pay the car note

They attempted to pull from my Navy Federal account without permission after I had already made a payment over my amount due then repossessed my vehicle months later.

They are a very good company to get a car loan from. They work with you as long as you work with them and let them know what is going on

Very rude customer service, portal is very difficult to use. They also will not allow you to change what day of the month your payment is due.
Now that the balance of my loan is less than what the car is worth, they make every attempt they can to repossess your vehicle. I'm 7 days late (see photo) and they just repossessed my car. No notification, no nothing. This is the 2nd time they've done it in the past 6 months.
Here is the scam they pull: They repossess your vehicle and put it up for auction. Before they post it for auction, they break something in the car to make it 'undrivable' (something simple like pulling out the starter relay). This significantly reduces the value if your car. At the auction one of their subsidiaries goes in and bids on the car (10% of value because its 'undrivable'). ACA then goes after you for the balance. Then they 'repair' the car (just reattach the starter relay) and now they can sell the car at full value.
THESE PEOPLE ARE PREDATORS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This company orders repossession of a vehicle after 68 days! Customer service and "management" are NOT helpful! I have an outside source helping me with missed payments and the payment is being mailed. I have proof of the payment, proof of the mailing, this company STILL will NOT take the order to repossess off. The manage called my proof, my intention and disregarded anything I had to say! The company is putting undue stress on me and the payment IS being sent! NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR FINANCING A CAR LOAN! They DO NOT care about the customers!
