Verified CustomerI got the mobile hotspot from T-Mobile and it wouldn't work for where I was living. I tried to take the box back and was told I'd have to mail it in. I let them know that there's nothing wrong with the box just where I'm staying and the young man working at T-Mobile in Greencastle Pennsylvania was supposed to cancel the subscription. Now I'm being told I have to pay for all the time since July. I'm willing to pay for the 1month I was trying to get it to work for me. I am not paying for anything after July as I haven't had any service and haven't used the WiFi at all.
