I payed off the account and they continue to charge me and put money in collections. This is ridiculous and they continue to tell me it’s not in my name when it is and it’s on my account

I have had to contact them more than once, advising them that the collection is an error and they can verify that with TMobile. They were rude and treated me like I was lying and a criminal. All they had to do was verify that the account is an error.

Reporting a non active or canceled account, that supposedly ie open account! Which this account is canceled 9/15/22! I have the receipt when the merchandise was returned, Reporting it without getting more info! From T- Mobile! This company is like a leche they are a scammer! Ie this collection agency ruined my credit score! They cheat costumer with there hard earned money!!

I called AmSher to get information regarding a collections account that I was not aware existed. They were unable to assist me, stated they are unable to remove the closed account off my credit report because the account was no longer in their possession. They told me to call T-Mobile whom I haven’t had business with in almost 2 years. I was never notified via phone, email, or mail that I had an outstanding debt.

T-mobile is the problem for many like me. T-mobile refuses giving a copy statement to verify my account balance. Also after 2 yes statues of limitations hits T-mobile. They keep paperwork to 24 months after that gone. AmSher and T-mobile both refused to give me my information they have. AmSher rudest people on collections and sketchy.

I agree totally with your statement. Started arguing with me first and only time I spoke with them. Blamed for getting and start yelling, I did not. I asked to speak with a supervisor. Next trying to hangup on me. I do owe T-mobile a balance but not as much as they claim it os.

I got the mobile hotspot from T-Mobile and it wouldn't work for where I was living. I tried to take the box back and was told I'd have to mail it in. I let them know that there's nothing wrong with the box just where I'm staying and the young man working at T-Mobile in Greencastle Pennsylvania was supposed to cancel the subscription. Now I'm being told I have to pay for all the time since July. I'm willing to pay for the 1month I was trying to get it to work for me. I am not paying for anything after July as I haven't had any service and haven't used the WiFi at all.

Exactly, they want me to pay a balance u already paid through my auto payment account. Never late or missed payment. T-mobile wl not help with anything because of balance. AmSher is rudest people and T-mobile lamest when trying to work stuff out.
