I called AmSher to get information regarding a collections account that I was not aware existed. They were unable to assist me, stated they are unable to remove the closed account off my credit report because the account was no longer in their possession. They told me to call T-Mobile whom I haven’t had business with in almost 2 years. I was never notified via phone, email, or mail that I had an outstanding debt.

I got the mobile hotspot from T-Mobile and it wouldn't work for where I was living. I tried to take the box back and was told I'd have to mail it in. I let them know that there's nothing wrong with the box just where I'm staying and the young man working at T-Mobile in Greencastle Pennsylvania was supposed to cancel the subscription. Now I'm being told I have to pay for all the time since July. I'm willing to pay for the 1month I was trying to get it to work for me. I am not paying for anything after July as I haven't had any service and haven't used the WiFi at all.

Even after I paid the remaining balance after cancelling they gave my last bill which was paid in full to a credit agency that reported it to my credit bureau. Even the credit bureau saw that it was paid and removed by Spectrum but no one will admit the oversight nor take it off my report even though it is paid. They will not respond to letters or anything.

They never sent ANYTHING plus when I contacted they had no response to me when it came to customer support HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING DO NOT RECOMMEND
