Ark Rusak

Poor business acumen by the owner himself. The friendly, local, supportive business is only a facade to be dropped once you actually need them. As a local business owner, and a member of the Park Ridge community, my company has been a client for 8 years. In that time I have not had a single claim until of recent. Since attempting to file a claim and go through the process I have learned that clients have no importance to this agency except for taking their money. Not only was I continuously passed off by the support team to “call backs” and “follow ups” that never happened, but I couldn’t even get a hold of my agent (the one person and reason I signed with this company). In fact, I never can get a hold of this agent (Ark Rusak); only did he return my call after I insisted multiple times for a call back. When I spoke with Ark on this recent incident he was uneducated to my policy he sold me and insurance policies in general; he told me he “wasn’t in that side of the business anymore”, “in the financial investor side”. If at any point Ark had stated he would look into it for me or even direct someone to help, I would have felt at least supported as a loyal longtime client. To sum it up- You are sold a policy and “business partnership” only to deal with a 3rd party insurer if/when a claim is to be filed and ultimately never paid out. If you’re looking for an insurance agency to trust with your most important assets- DO NOT use Ark Rusak’s agency.
