This is the absolute worst Banker I have ever come into contact with. There should be a lower rating. He will request you send him the same documents over and over. He does not remember conversations or emails. He will tell you one thing and do another. The week before closing and I find out he has lied to me and everyone else working on my house. He didn't have anything done, so of course I can't close on my house on time now when I am suppose to be out of my apartment by the end of the month. He is the KING of miscommunication, laziness, and unorganized. DO NOT WORK WITH HIM, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

We took in my 2nd cousin, when his family couldn't afford to look after him anymore, they are from Ireland and have 8 other kids. We officially adopted him after 6 months with us, that was about a year ago. He worked and saved up for a car, but was $2,000 short, so he applied for loans in our hometown of Atlantic, but because he hadn't been a resident long, he met with a massive high interest rate and a lot of rudeness. So, on his own initiative he reached to Des Moines and was able to get ahold of Art Ousley from US Bank. Mr. Ousley understood his problem and while not being able to extend the loan to him personally, he brought up having us co-sign for him and requested for us to meet him.

We drove up and met with him, he was polite and understanding of the situation and commended him on his drive to work and us for our obvious support. It was easily one of the best experiences I have had with a loan officer. The paperwork was run and explained well and quickly and within the month we had the loan.

It has been three months and the loan is half paid off. We have had no need to contact Mr. Ousley further, but he has some fans in us. Great experience for us, and a wonderful experience for my cousin.
