Associated Credit Union of Texas

I really love ACU I've been with them for a couple of years now an I've always been satisfied with the service I've received and plan on being with them for years to come

This credit union is a joke! After not immediately receiving funds from a cashiers check(which is essentially cash) this business had the nerve to lock my debit card because I withdrew cashiers check and put it somewhere else. Is this even legal?!? I am contacting headquarters and I will NEVER deposit any money into this place again! Go somewhere else to bank!!!!!!!!

Excellent credit union and friendly helpful folks there. I recommend this credit union to all my family and friends. I have less than perfect credit and they have worked with me to improve my score

They seem to do everything possible to ruin your credit. I have challenged at least two times when my car note was not 30 days late; yet they refuse to change it. There’s more about the personnel of the local La Marque Branch. I’ve complained to Mgt, but I have seen no results.

I have already submitted my review of ACU Texas, but will again state that if you have a different option, I would avoid owing them anything. They are excellent for a checking account, but as a creditor they have no respect for you.

ACU of Texas is a great bank until the moment you get a line of credit with them. After you owe them money they regularly lock your accounts, harass you over payments weeks before they are due, and talk to you like you are less than human. I do not recommend them to anyone who has another option.

I have been with this bank for about 2 yrs. I can not give zero starts or I would. First to say the ATMs aren't card chip ready in Pearland, Tx so the ATMs don't work, so I am forced to use other ATM's and get charged fees. The worst is not being paid on your pay days. My pay day is every 1st of each month. This bank is closed until the following Tuesday so if you have direct deposits due on that Monday you'll get over draft fees, because the bank didn't process your funds prior to the holiday such as January 1st. I have never all my time in active duty heard of such a bank. I plan to disassociate with this bank and go with a more accommodating bank. Think twice unlike myself.

I love Associated Credit Union! I have been with the for about two and a half years and do not have a single complaint. They offer all kinds of services including insurance and offer classes for people interested in buying a home. I took this one, it was very informative and fun. The people at the two branches I have been to are very friendly and professional.
