I am horrified by this unethical, dishonest company. My son was hit by one of their drivers 3 months ago and has been without a vehicle ever since. The driver literally drove straight into the side of my son’s car. This insurance company has acted in bad faith, using every stall tactic I’ve heard of…Photos “unreliable,” 4 witness statements “unreliable,”official law enforcement records “not official enough,” text messages “no proof they are real,” highway patrol description of incident-still won’t suffice. This experience is infuriating and seemingly endless.
