The specific woman who has my case has been really kind and helpful to me. But I'd be kind too if I received a percentage. She does seem genuine, however!

I don't know if it's Assurant directly or indirectly but they have destroyed my credit. This was an illegal eviction/home invasion. I will not pay a dime on this, they know it, the apartment complex knows it, and so does the owner. I'll die before I ever pay them.

This company should be sued for trying to collect money from a old apt I rented that was in very bad shape. The place was unsafe with drugs, drunks, stealing, and I have photos to prove it. Was reported many times from other residents with the level of violence and noise, and nothing was done. I always had good credit and pay my bills on time every month.

This account was paid off back in 2016 it needs to be removed from my credit history they are falsifying this report they were paid 5,000 in full upon leaving the premises

Not Professional. Like dealing with kids. Worst customer service ever. I really mean it. Called wasn’t greeted with a good morning. The person was really angry. Hung up on me. Could’nt call back. Kept going to some credit repair person that wanted a large amount of money to fix my credit.

TAKE THIS OFF My credit I am beyond done it gets removed and then put back on like why this makes no sense I never stayed here but yet it’s on my credit the people removed it and y’all put it back please inform me . I keep having my credit drop like 70 points for nothing

Never served me papers and the the entire ordeal is FRAUD! They even have the audacity to add documents that pertain to nothing to me such as contractor invoices for tiles and boxes upon boxes of laminate

Poor service and lack of consideration for anyone... they really should consider going out of business... They really don't care at all or what you have to say.

They have consistently reported false and inaccurate information on My credit report specifically the dates are wrong and they refuse to do anything to update the information on My file... They're a dishonest and unreasonable company that is guilty of consumer fraud among other things.
