I had an auto policy from Admiral Insurance Company when I first started driving. My dad had used them as well so it was the obvious first choice. I filled out the application in person and the woman who processed my application was very pleasant. She was patient with me, answering all of questions and helping me get the appropriate policy. I compared her quote to another big company and she was actually the cheapest option. I only had one instance where I needed to file a claim (I was at fault in an accident) and it was resolved quickly and mostly painlessly.
