Filing a claim with CNA took over a week to get in contact with the adjuster. Frontier Communications their insure put a fiber optic cable through our sewer and flooded our house twice. When I sent our information in for the claim. The representative conveniently is out of the office for a week. We did not receive a reply or confirmation of our email even though the claim specialist was in the office two days before he took time off. So now we may have to wait another week just to get confirmation of our contractors bid being sent in. Rating of a one is a bit high for this insurance company.

A friend of mine told me he got a great rate with CNA so I thought I would check them out. Not only did I get a great rate but my agent was really great and walked me through what I would and would not need and keep my premium reasonable. I have not had to make a claim yet but I am confident that will go well based on the way I have been treated so far. I looked into CNA and they are a pretty big company. I was surprised I had not seen commercials for them before. While you might not have heard of them I can tell you they have good rates and great customer service.

Having moved from another part of CA to San Fran, I was in need of a new insurance company. I did some searching, and after some looking around and some recommendations from co-workers, I came across CNA. I chose them because of their affordable price, and recommendations. The initial sign up process was pretty easy, I had a few initial bumps here and there, but I think that was due to an issue on my end not understanding some of the questions, and not having my paperwork in order. After about 6 months or so, I ended up getting into a fender-bender (welcome to San Francisco), and CNA was right there with me the whole way, and I had no problems getting everything solved. Overall I am quite satisfied with them as a company.

I recently discovered CNA auto insurance through a co-worker. I could not believe how little she was paying. My current insurance provider (at the time) had double the rate for the exact same coverage. I immediately called CNA and the application process was fast and very easy. The staff at CNA is very helpful. They helped me pick out the perfect plan for me. I was able to afford twice the coverage I had previously for the same cost. I haven't had any problems with them thus far and I've even been in a fender-bender. They told me since the accident wasn't my fault, it wouldn't affect my premium! 5/5 stars!

I was talking with my girlfriends over brunch one day and for some reason we started comparing car insurance. I had a big name insurance do I figured I was paying the least. That's how it should work right? It turns out I was paying the most. A couple of the girls had insurance through CNA and it was much lower than the rest of ours. That very same day I signed up for new insurance. I called them and with some information I had given them I quickly had a new policy with a great rate! I was so pleased with them and their service I have since added home insurance to my policy. They are super nice and very helpful whenever I have any problems!

I had been with a couple of insurance companies before and I just couldn't find the right one for me. You never really know how much you can value having insurance (and good insurance at that), until you actually need it. The rates aren't bad at all, and I kind of forgot that I was actually paying insurance. Recently we had really strong rains strike here in Milwaukee and when we woke up, our basement was totally flooded. My insurance company actually heard that there was flooding in my area, and they CALLED ME, and asked me about everything. I told them that our basement had flooded and they paid for all of the damages and got me new furniture. I was saddened by everything that we lost, but I was absolutely joyous that they actually cared to see if we were alright.

I have been a CNA for over a year while I was in nursing school and I think that it has not only helped me to be more confident with patients and comfortable around them but it has also helped me with my time management skills to balance working and going to school. It helped me because I saw some of the things that were talked about in school (because I'm a visual learner) and because the nurses knew I was in nursing school, they always showed me how to do things and the doctors were very helpful. The doctors would let me see them put in central lines and do bone marrow aspirations. The nurses would let me see them put in foley catheters, IV, wound care etc. Working as a CNA, I realized that I did not like geriatric or adults but peds was my thing. Being a CNA gave me a greater appreciation of how to work as a team, how to delegate since I now know both the roles of CNA and RN, and time management since I can relate on how much time is needed to complete tasks. Being a CNA gave me good time management skills. It was a great experience for me .

A couple of months ago I was driving out of town, very excited. I knew that my car was capable of taking me to my destination with no problems. The thing happened when my car started heating up and then it left me stranded in the middle of nowhere. Lucky, for me, this awesome insurance company was there for me and offered me support and never let me feel alone. This was surely an amazing experience and I truly plan on keeping their services for as long as I keep driving. The money that is put towards paying for this insurance is beyond worth it, big thanks to this insurance.

A couple of months ago I was involved in a car accident that was not my fault. CNA was helpful in quickly resolving any insurance problems and promptly provided me with quotes and rates to fix my car. Not only did they promptly pay for my car repairs but they ensured I would make it to work by paying for my car rental. This was something that really stood out to me. They were very professional and kept me informed throughout the entire process and I would recommend them to anybody that is looking for quality car insurance protection. They were really great.

I'll be honest: I had never heard of CNA before opening my new business location. They were the ones who had been offering insurance for the tenants before me, and it seemed simple to contact them to continue the service for my new business. The process was super easy: just a few questions about the business and what risks are associated with it. They were very helpful getting my new account set up, and were able to answer my questions without resorting to a handbook or manager. My mind is at ease knowing that at least this aspect of the grand opening is covered! Thank you CNA for making my life a little easier when it's at its most hectic!
