CNA

CNA is a good car insurance company. I feel at times that the price is a bit too high, but if you can afford it, it's worth the trouble. I have never had a problem with these guys and the customer service had always been great with them. When ever I have a question with my policy or anything about the insurance company they have always been friendly and informative. If you can not afford this car company's insurance, I would stay away. There are companies that offer great service with out the large bill.As far as CNA goes, it's a good company with great customer service, but I would pass if you're trying to save a little money on car insurance.

When we had initially signed on with CNA, we had just come out rather dissatisfied with our previous insurance company. A friend of ours had actually told us a great deal about CNA, and that was one of the reasons we decided to try our luck with them. When we called, were impressed with the level of professionalism and courtesy the agent we spoke to displayed. WE stayed with CNA for a while, and while they are a good provider, we became somewhat dissatisfied with the yearly increase in our health insurance premium; it was quickly getting too expensive. The service, and the knowledgeable and friendly representatives were good, but the price was too much. But if you find it to be within your price range, I do recommend them if for nothing else than the service.
