One of Hallmark's insureds back into our building with a delivery truck. It's the worse experience we ever had with an insurance company and the company that did the repairs said the same thing. They paid 40% of the bill and they wouldn't work with us at all. Why did we have to pay for the majority of the bill because their insured hit our building? Total rip off. The driver is not allowed on our farm mainly because we don't trust his driving abilities and we certainly don't trust the company that is supposed to insure him.

It's a pretty good company. I bought it thru a third party insurance agent as they offer good deals. With my wife and I's information we were able to get insurance really quick on our new car. We have never had to submit a claim so I can't speak much about that but the customer service is impeccable. We have called to get extra insurance cards and to verify coverage and wait times are minimal They offer great prices for a car insurance although we only have liability they have been nothing short of excellent. If you are looking for an insurance that will do the job this is it.
