My husband and I were trying to find a bank which would give us a portfolio loan due to a short sale we had a year and 1/2 ago. Unfortunately, there are no banks who would do this in the Chicago area. Fortunately, I stumbled across Brent's name while doing an internet search and took a major leap in faith! We are so glad we did. Brent was OUTSTANDING! He was able to get us the loan, with a terrific interest rate, and we were able to close within 30 days. He walked us through the entire process step by step and even though we never met face-to-face we feel like we made a great friend! We have decided to get a condo for my mother-in-law in the Columbus, Ohio, area and went with Brent for our mortgage.
