This individual scammed myself and my wife out of appraisal money with the lure of an everyday refinance. He never sent a copy of the appraisal AND denied the refi when my wife and I have top shelf credit. This was a scam from the initial set up. Never use Mr. Amburgy or Franklin Mortgage Solutions in Springboro, Ohio. STEER CLEAR!! He is a crook.

Now this is not my first loan place I went to, but being as I know how it all works, Brent Amburgy, at The Brentwood Agency, was horrible. I feel like he was just doing this to make money and not help others. I felt completely ignored during the whole talk we had, and he would never reply to any of my emails. This was a few years ago, so maybe he got better at his job, but I do not think he could get better. I say, try to avoid this place at all cost. If you want to lose money and lose some dignity, go to Mr. Amburgy.
