Burlington does offer a credit card. The information provided was inaccurate. I work for the company and we have just recently started this option.

Can I use my Burlington Credit Card anywhere?

You can only use the Burlington credit card in select Burlington stores in Florida, Alabama, Southern California, Michigan, Ohio, Southern Texas, Utah, and Nevada. It's a store card.
