Cadillac Accounts Receivable Management

This billing is covered through medical insurance, not 1 but 2 different insurance companies, all other parties from the surgery were paid in full, this debt is in no way valid, but they have not agreed to do their due diligence and properly bill the insurance companies. 500,000.00 surgery no left over balance neurosurgeon xradiology hospital etc.. but this one that my secondary stated was paid supposedly magically was never paid, no it was and it was never properly credited. So, attempting to collect on a non valid debt

NOT MY DEBT. HORRIBLE COMP. I HAVE BEEN FIGHTING THIS FOR OVER A YEAR. THEY JUST RANDOMLY ATTACH IT BY NAME ONLY. EVEN WITH PROOF ITS NOT MINE... HORRIBLE.

They told me my insurance took care of this then sent a bill so I'm not sure what happened so It now affects my credit. I'm not to happy about this!!

Unwilling to settle any account that is less than $500. They will also not take into account multiple accounts to add them together for a balance of over the $500.

Super understanding representatives. Compassionate and courteous. I was not aware of an account and they were helpful and very accommodating to help me resolve the account.

I have disputed this $122 account with them many times, I called and tried to settle for less and tried to make a payment plan, even though this medical bill should have been paid in full by my insurance, they refuse to budge.. its $122.. but you continue to leave it on my credit report for 6 years now and refuse to work something out with me even though the account should have never made it to you in the first place!!!

I do not remember this account and this company did not contact me.. I didn't know until Wallet hub put on my score. I will call and make a settlement with them.
