I was able to consolidate two small credits down into one with this Capital One offer. It lowered my interest rate from 22% down to the promotional 10.9%. The transfers were easy to do, and the money I’m saving from the lowered interest rate more than covered the transfer fee. I’ll be debt free within the year if I maintain more than my minimum payments. Thanks Capital One!
I recently made the switch to Liberty Mutual from AAA after five years because of my fiance. We were able to get a much better rate under Liberty Mutual than at AAA, even with the same amount of years under each company. The deductibles were matched, as well as the ceilings for the policy in terms of coverage. I've called Liberty Mutual on two occasions, one for a dead battery that needed a jump, and another for a small fender bender caused by somebody else. In both cases, they were overly helpful in filing and dealing with my claims. It seemed to make the whole process go smoother.
I've been with AAA now for roughly 3 or 4 years. I switched from State Farm after 13 or 14 years, since they offered savings of $600 annually. My first experience with having to actually use it was this past year though. While traveling down the highway, my Hyundai Sonata just randomly caught on fire. It was caused by the dealership not replacing the drain plug after an oil change. They were quite speedy and I had another car within 2 days. They handled everything as far as the investigation went and whenever I needed them they were prompt and easy to deal with. This is how it should always be handled. I highly recommend AAA!
My first experience with this bank starts started when my lease ran out for my Hyundai this past May. I decided to go with a older, used car this time around. The dealer had worked with this bank before and had high praises, so I had them run some figures, had a decent APR and saw what I liked. I've called twice regarding my account, and they've always helped me out and when I needed follow up, they called me back within a couple days. When my next lease is over in September for my wife's car, I might have to go this route again if they continue to impress me.
I have been a member of this institution for roughly 2 months now, after switching from a bank I've belong to for 16 years. So far, I have access close to me, since they have 7 branches within reasonable driving distance. The tellers and loan officers seem to be always friendly whenever I visit, and I've never had an issue with wait times or lines. They all seem to take my banking needs seriously, doesn't matter if it's my checking account or I'm asking for help about car loans, personal loans, or home equity questions. I am also extremely pleased with their customer support available by phone and online. Their system is easy to use and once you reach an operator, they are always helpful and direct you to the right place. This bank has a decent smart phone application that you can use for your online banking needs, something my previous bank was falling behind on. You can access everything through the application on any handheld device.
I have been a member of this institution for a better half of my life, 16 years. I’ve been a member of 5 branches over that time. The tellers and loan officers have always been friendly and fruitful with information regarding any of my banking needs from my checking account to a car loan and personal loan. I am also extremely pleased with their customer support available by phone. Their system is easy to use and once you reach an operator, they are always helpful and direct you to the right place. The only thing I wish my bank had was a smart phone application. You can access everything through a mobile browser, but it would definitely make my life easier.
