My mortgage was sold to this company as I was fighting in a chapter 13. They never bothered me and customer service kept me calm! I recommend them

This mortgage company has been very patient with our situation. My family has been under duress during this time of recession and now a possible of Covid returning to the country.

I tried to make a payment and having trouble because the notary papers I sent them they say are not correct, I need help I'm a 71 year old disable vet .

These people are terrible! They charged me twice for my loan payment. My account went negative and than in order to get my money back they told me I needed to get proof from my bank along with other information. And that would start a 4-8 day process. Or I could have my bank do a ach revocation. Why does my bank have to clean up your mess? Than when I asked them about paying late fees from other bills I had because I didn’t have money in my bank account because they took it when I did not authorize it they said they could potentially take care of that. That is bs you should guarantee to take care of that it was not my fault. Than when I had told them I started my bank ach revocation they said if the bank would charge me a fee for the ach revocation they couldn’t pay that fee. Total unaccountability . Let me talk to someone who will make this right. This can’t be l gthey way they do business

They are horrible marked me late while on covid deferment and reuse to remove the late payment on my credit report, they know this was not late, as soon as I can refinance good riddance to them!

My loan was purchased by Carrington and they were ok at the beginning. Since then, they have not been helpful or understanding of my needs as a disabled person. I tried explaining my situation to several different “debt collectors” and they basically told me tough beans and they did not care. Stay away from them if at all possible

This company recently purchased my loan and is the new servicer. They never sent me a bill covering where to send the new payment. I called at 10:45 AM PT on a Friday and after an excruciating amount of time with the automated menus I got "We're sorry, our office is closed" and hung up on me - IN THE MIDDLE OF A WEEK DAY. Absolutely atrocious customer service.

As a veteran, I'm appalled by the way we have been treated. Our loan was transferred over to them two months ago and they never paid our insurance. I have been fighting with them for 4 weeks to get that paid. No one knows what is happening and now I have received a letter telling me they are purchasing insurance for me because I have no insurance. Apparently, I'm not even on their "insurance department" computers which is insane. If you don't have to have a loan with them DONT. The reviews speak for them selfs. - Jacob McFarland - WA State

My loan was transferred here so I had no choice... Nothing but issues since. THEY PAID MY PROPERTY taxes late, never notified me, then I get a delinquent tax notice in the mail with a penalty. I called them and spoke with Lincoln who was very unhelpful, told me her supervisor wasn't available and never did anything to reassure me the tax bill would be paid and that I wouldn't be responsible for the late fee. No one can tell you what is going on with your loan or taxes. Customer services is rude and less than adequate. I am devastated I have to work with this mortgage company and I expect issues here on out.

Just terrible and hungry to charge for nothing. My loan got sold to them and they forced the new charges on top of existing mortgage without proper diligence work. Stay away.
