They call all the time. They are rude when i do take their calls. I've asked them to quit calling and explaining it wasn't my account but my ex-husband opened it without my knowledge..all I hear is okay well when are you paying??? Really?? I'm not..it's not mine.nivd disputed the account a few times and it's not went anywhere..yet

I have STAGE 4 CANCER and did not ask for it! This is the only company that continues to hound me for payment and I'm completely sick of it. I have explained to "Cavalry Portfolio" my situation numerous times, yet they continue to send me "offers" to settle on an account they evidently purchased, unknowingly, from my original creditor who did not disclose to "Cavalry Portfolio" my end stage health situation. At the time I knew I was not going to be able to make my monthly payments on this credit card, I CALLED THE ORIGINAL CREDITOR TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS!!!! This creditor did not budge and made it clear that they did not care about anything other than getting their money, despite my health. It saddens me to think that people/companies do not have a heart and are devilishly driven by money. Please let this be known: I HAVE NEVER ENTERED INTO A CREDIT AGREEMENT, AS AN HONEST AND VERY REPUTABLE BUSINESS OWNER, WITH THE INTENTIONS OF NOT PAYING THEM BACK!!!! Unfortunately, this one company has ruined my credit. My other creditors, whom I contacted regarding my health situation, were very compassionate and fully understanding and "wiped my slate clean" so to speak regarding the amounts I owed to them. If I could repay any of my previous creditors who loaned me money for business purposes I ABSOLUTELY 100% WOULD!!!! As I previously said, I did not ask to get dealt the hand I was given. However, I know for a fact that God Almighty Himself is in control and all things will work out. I am on social security disability and have been for awhile. It is a miracle that I am still alive based on the type of cancer I have. I have no other type of retirement income whatsoever. My wife and I are doing the best we can financially to keep a roof over our heads (which is not easy at all) along with our children whom we love dearly and would die for in an instant. I'm sorry to get long winded, but I was allowed to make a comment which I did. God Bless and take care.

Bad service could not get any straight answers on how to pay off bill this was the worst company to ever borrow from I do not recommend ever using this company to any one

It was OK I wanted to get this settled and get it off my credit report if you can do that I would be greatly appreciative thank you very much.

Liars this account was settled with original creditor payments and settlement agreed I’m going sue this collection company this company is a scam artist

They have my payment information wrong and they also have closed my account without my knowledge and continue to bill me with the wrong information

HORRIBLE THEY ROBBED ME MULTIPLE TIMES NO WARNING CHARGED ME 2000 over my credit limit . Cleaned out my back account twice when that money was from unemeloyment which is ILLEGAL

I reached A settlement agreement with them and paid in full what they requested. I do not understand why they are not reporting this as paid as agreed.

I never received any notifications. I got served that it was putting a lien against my assets through the court. I can't even keep utilities paid an on but lots of people have these problems. I had a identity theft an police report has not been helpful. In resolving any of these matters. So maybe the 1 star someone will work with disabled an scammed broke person just trying to get my life back. Thanks

They are very easy to work with. You get an accounting every month. Honest company. No hassles with a courtesy staff. I am very happy with them.
