I have been a customer of Charles River Bank for many years ,even back when it was just Medway Coop Bank. I have always had nothing but great experiences when dealing with this bank. The rates are always competitive, the customer service is amazing and they make everything as easy and user friendly as possible. At the Charles River Bank you are always treated like a customer not a number. My children love visiting the bank with me the staff always talks to them and they enjoy the cookies and lollipops ! For a bank with a small town feel and all the options of your major branches this bank is the place to go!
