The replacement cost they determined for our washer was less than half of the cheapest model we could find. They continue to disappoint in their promises.

They don't care about people, they only care about your money. It has been one week since my elderly parents opened a ticket to have their furnace checked. They assigned one technician, who cancelled without any notification - because HE DOESN'T WORK on furnaces!!! Why was he assigned a ticket for a furnace. It was 20 - 30 degrees (before any wind chills) last week and my elderly parents were sitting with no furnace. They are on a fixed income and pay for this crap service - all to be told, well you can start the reimbursement process and call your own technician!!! The reimbursement process that has to go through them for approval and who knows how long it will take to get the approval and whether or not they will reimburse for it, again they are on a FIXED income. That is why they pay for this service, so if they are in need they don't have to worry about the larger cost to fix things! One week and still no one has worked the ticket. You ask to speak to a supervisor or manager and they say one will call you back in 24 hours. This company is a JOKE - BUYER BEWARE!!!

I am very unhappy with choice choice was out to my house fixed the product the 1st time 2nd time they had to send someone out because water was still coming out of the refrigerator I slept at night going to get water out of my Refrigerator not knowing what's on the Flo only calls me was money at the my pocket had to go see a specialist could not walk on the ankle had to go to see the doctor had to take off a work they said my claim was denied because of the share that was broke in the refrigerator well you gotta grab on something When you're falling I don't understand choice but I am not paying them another penny

Had multiple issues with Choice Home Warranty. Delays on getting repair people out to address issues, insufficient funds when replacing appliances (Barely covered enough to haul off the old appliance les alone replace it), had a claim for my HVAC denied. I canceled my service and instead they moved me to a monthly plan.

Service calls have been dispatched to the contractor promptly and in the 6 years that I’ve been a customer the contractors had contacted me just as quickly. For the few calls I’ve had to make, all the service has been done to my satisfaction. It appears that the contractors are small businesses and personnel do not usually wear company clothes. The main reason I have this plan is for peace of mind and it’s providing just that. No major problems or issues so I didn’t have any hesitation in renewing my contract when it was time.

Pls stay away from this company. Liers and don’t keep the promises in the contract. Will not even cancel the contract and keep charging the credit card on file every month. Don’t want to give any ratings.

My first claim submitted today. Unlike my former home warranty company, I was not given immediate information relative to what service provider would be assigned to address my problem.

Be aware! I did not read the reviews for this company before I purchased the warranty. After reading it the same day I tried to cancel it and they were giving me a hard time by transferring me to different people and putting me on hold. In addition the lady who I was talking to about my cancellation was very rude and wouldn’t answer my questions saying that everything will be in the e-mail that will be sent to me and they will refund my money within 30 days. They are quick to sell it to you but when it comes to cancellation they make it difficult.

CHW doesn't even deserve 1 star! 2 claims within our 2 year policy contract period and both were grueling experiences. First claim took weeks to have a repair company sent out, then problem was not resolved, contacted CHW and took another 2 months for them to get someone different out. Second claim, same issue, repair not resolved. We choose not to even deal with CHW and just get it fixed ourselves. We we called to cancel the policy at the end of the contract period, was offered a resolution of them sending a check for the cost of the second repair. No check. Called a second time to cancel and got every rebuttal possible to resolve the repair issue, again. Finally had to get stern with my request to NOT renew the policy! Horrible customer service, Horrible company to work with. Even with a 2 year contact, the monthly premium increased the second year! New contract price increased even more!
I highly DO NOT recommend. Plenty of other options.

Choice Home Warranty is a total JOKE! They charge you a monthly fee but, when you finally have an issue, it's not repaired or replaced as promised on their website. I made a claim on Dec24th, 2022 for my heating unit. It has yet to be resolved and today's date is January 31, 2023. ( 6 weeks ang counting! Save your money. It's absolutely not worth the frustration.
