The best Home Warranty. Schedule has been set up within couple hours, even weekends or holidays. The Vendor was on time and provided excellent services. No issues at all. I recommend this company.

Choice scheduled the electrician from Dominique electric within 24 hours, the electrician Jesus arrived on time made the diagnosis on site and submitted the claim. Choice responded quickly within the hour approving the repairs. Jesus promptly swung by Home Depot bought the parts under cabinet led light and a switch for the main panel and replaced them promptly. All this work was done before he took his lunch break which was well past due. Commendable job on the part of technician as well as Choice

I worked withchpice about a year ago , I've been getting the run around when asking for payment for the jobs I've completed, first it was 3 months now it's 365 days. CHOICE AND HOME WARRANTY OF AMERICA IS A SCAM they approve repairs but they do not pay the companies that complete the repairs. It's not right

still waiting to hear back about my work order Water leak in the kitchen. Ruining my floor. I woulf ecpect better service with a water leak problem

DO NOT, POSITIVELY, DO NOT BUY WARRANTY FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased 2 policies, 2 homes.
1st time I called, a/C problem, they told me they would get Back n 1 to 2 days. They never even called. Paid for it myself. Then, tried filling another claim on my a/C. We purchased a lake house. They wanted maintenance records. I don't have them, just bought this house.

They are a joke. I wasted good money on TWO POLICIES and never ever got one claim approved.

Please people, don't use CHOICE!

I filed a claim in late April for a fridge/freezer issue. They assigned a Sears technician to come 5 days later, that technician didn't turn up. I had taken the day off work to stay home. Nobody contacted me to reschedule, I had to chase Sears and Choice 15 times to get someone to come out 3 days later. Technician diagnosed the issue, needed to order 2 parts. A week later the smaller (and not vital) part arrived but not the control board needed. I called both Choice and the service agent that day, then 2 days later, then the next day and so on. Nobody could tell me when the part was coming in, the "service dept" was going to call me. No call. The Choice helpline is an Indian call center and the poor folk there have no power to do anything but offer platitudes. I finally called a local company who arrived the next day, part in hand since I'd given the error code and fixed my unit. I also had to buy a small fridge freezer to keep things cold (I'm in Vegas) for the month plus that this went on. I shall be canceling my payment to this scam company.

I have a problem with my pool pump and it took him a month to get somebody out here. that didn't know what they were doing my pool turned green I paid out of my pocket $185 for them to fix my pool and my pool still is not fixed. I have to call Leslie pools to have them come and fix it I am canceling choice home warranty not at all happy with them.

There are so many times I used the service for 2 of my homes and Choice Home has been absolutely phenomenal. Easy to schedule, fixed fee, hassle free.

A warranty is good to have; however, I would rather pay a higher premium to ensure labor is covered. My labor fees this week were over $2000 plus another $2,700 to purchase a new oven.

So far Choice has been very helpful, there have been some instance that we wish they had covered the cost of some of the things that they are supoused to cover. Over all though they are above the other home warranty companies. They offer a wide range of options if you wish to use your own technitians but most of the time the service is provided on time.
