Chrysler Capital

I went to look for a new lease an use chysler capital again as agency. Not pleased as was denied. As far as I am concerned . will not use this company ever again. Will seek over car company as lease. Nit going to put up with high rates and then be denied when was thinking of getting a different vehicle. Not pleased with the bounce around. Be careful with this company. Shady!!!

Chrysler capital was a great company to deal with.They were very understanding and I paid my car off.I don't know why I can't remove this dept off or added to read that this depth has been satisfied as of Feb 18th or so.

Terrible and unorganized company. They are very slimy and are terrible with communication. I have been trying to pay off my car and they have been making it very difficult. *You can't pay online (which they don't tell you when you get your payoff quote), only through mail and they are extremely slow to process so you have to pay even more interest...regardless of the fact it's their fault. What a joke. treat your customers better. I will never purchase from them again

Terrible experience. I paid off my vehicle through Chrysler Capital on December 2nd, 2022. On January 2nd, 2023 I called because I still had not received the title OR lien release. It's now a month later and I call again only to get zero answers and told that they will send out the lien release AGAIN but I need to wait another 6 weeks. Over two months and I still don't have a title or lien release. I have never worked with a company so careless, disorganized and unapologetic before. DO NOT FINANCE WITH THEM. Save yourself the headache and extra steps/time to file for a lost title. Completely unacceptable.

The auto account is auto paid by PNC Bank. There have been no late nor missed payments. Each month PNC sends me a copy of the paid invoice, with this in hand I’m able to assure that payments are accurate and made on time.

I liked the way the handled my car loan. The sales person was easy to work with, was very friendly and treated me with respect and courtesy. I really like my Jeep Compass.

Worst company I have ever worked with. Late fees hit due to their processing time and then it will just be a line item on the bill with little to no explanation. Shop around as working with the dealer is a trap! They will increase the percentage to get more money on the back end of the deal.

My car is almost paid off and i never been late or missed a car payment but when i started going through a hardship and call chrysler capital they told me that i have to have a income before getting any kind of help....what??

Great loan company helps me when I need I and never sells my loan payment plan on paying it is gas and ez would recommend to my friends
