Kentucky National Insurance

Useless do NOT waste your money.
I had hail damage to my roof and thry wouldn’t pay enough to buy half of the materials.
And in they same year I had floor damage as a result, and contractors, roofers and you name it were sent to my home till they finally said the roof has nothing to do with it. ( Even thought I have big leak spots) now my floor is weakened and falling in. And they will not pay.

Horrible company to deal with. Claims department are very rude and this company is not a trustworthy company. Avoid if you can. This company by far is the worst company to deal with. If your vehicle is involved in any type of flood related accidents its assumed its the drivers fault 99% of the time, as quoted by my claims rep. So even if no prior warning was given to a driver of flooded road conditions and your car ends up in the water, 99% of the time it is the drivers fault. If you want your insurance company to take this position then Kentucky National is the agency for you.

I've had two homes protected by Kentucky National Insurance. What I like best is that they take the time to simplify the process and make it easy for me to understand what it is I am paying for, and what they will do for me, under which conditions. The only time I had to make a claim was after the ice storm of 2009 made a frozen tree branch take out a portion of a wall. They were prompt and eager to help me get the repairs done. I was very happy with their service, though I hope to never have a need to utilize it again.
