Run ! This is by far the worst insurance company ever! A deer hit me and my car been ready at the body shop for 3 weeks and Loya keeps changing saying that they didn’t receive paperwork from the body shop nor are they going to pay the price that the shop charged ! I advise you to NEVER !!!!!! Use this company cheap is not always better I hate I even have to give them even 1 star because they shouldn’t have any the whole company is a rip off when it’s time to pay up ! and pay close attention to your policy never have I heard of a 1500 deductible. And also forget about a rental they made me turn mine back in after 2 days !!!!! And car wasn’t ready til 6 days !!

I recently contacted Fred Loya Insurance in Tomball, TX for quote on auto insurance. I was less than impressed with customer service representative; I can only assume that it was her first day in customer service, or maybe in any job, ever. I provided all pertinent information within first few minutes of phone call so as not to waste time (hers or mine). After 75 minutes on the phone, the representative regretted to inform me that I am ineligible for coverage for exactly the reasons I had disclosed within the first 3 minutes of phone consult. I have since received daily follow-up calls regarding my hypothetical quote, each time with the representative enthusiastically inquiring if I would like to start my new policy today.

Worst ever experience with an insurance company. The accident happened on April 12th. It's May 5th. My car is sitting on a lot waiting to be fixed. Still waiting for a rental car. All lies and excuses not to pay. This company is a FRAUD!!!

Fred Loya is the biggest joke of an insurance company that I have ever dealt with! They will never take full responsibility when their insured is 100 % at fault. They deny almost every BI claim that is submitted to them! They insure the SHADY people, meaning, those without licenses, those who can not be insured by other legitimate insurance companies. FYI, in the State of Texas, it is a LAW that auto insurance carriers MUST offer every insured the opportunity to purchase PIP coverage and if you choose not to purchase this coverage, then there must be a signed REJECTION signed by you on file. If no signed REJECTION exists, then guess what???? They have to honor the $2500 PIP benefits!!!! If there are any GOOD reviews on this company, you can bet they were paid for!!! YES, they do pay for GOOD Reviews, otherwise they would have nothing but BAD Reviews!!! Please be aware of this shady company!! The only reason for the 1 Star is if I didn't pick it, I couldn't post my review!!!

If there was an option for 0 stars, that would be my choice. Today it has been 29 days that they received my claim (the person that was insured by Fred Loya hit our car in front of our house). We called our adjuster ALYSSA REESE and she says that the claim is still processing! ALYSSA REESE cannot even give us a timeline of when we will get a response to the claim or explain the reason for the delay in processing the claim either! Sub-par and cheap insurance should not be allowed to operate in Colorado! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! ALYSSA REESE was extremely defiant and unhelpful. She also was being disrespectful and pretending to not understand what I was asking her since English is not my first language. We were the victims here and just needed to understand what's going on! 29 DAYS TO PROCESS A CLAIM IS NOT REASONABLE!!!!! Fred Loya sells inadequate insurance coverage to his clients and this has to be investigated by the attorney in general of our state!

Vehicle was damaged by one of their insuree. Shortly thereafter, I started a claim with their office. They assigned two claim adjusters by the name of Joseph Defriez Jarvis and Anarosa Hernandez. If you have low expectations for a insurance provider, zero expectation on follow ups, and don't stand by their commitments then this would be your perfect insurance provider. What to expect from this insurance provider..slow turn arounds on claims, below average customer service, and zero call backs from staff. AVOID AT ALL COST.

I was hit by one of their customers on September 19, 2020 in a Walmart parking lot on my driver side rear end waiting on a car to come out of a parking spot. As I’m waiting their customer pulls out of his spot and hits me. Today I get told we are both at fault and my claim is denied because I didn’t honk at him, well unfortunately I don’t have eyes in the back of my head. And by the way the guy was on a restricted license and looked like he was on a hangover.

I wish I could give them -100 stars!!! They are the absolute worse insurance ever! I have heard horror stories about them and never used them to insure my cars thankfully. Even my mechanic won't fix anyone's car that has them as a carrier! Well unfortunately a few weeks ago my son was in an accident, the other driver hit him! The guy admitted he was at fault and it was reflected in the police report. He called his sorry insurance company Fred Loya and filed a claim immediately. Well after a week, they deemed my son's car a total lose, then called back 2 days later to say they found my son at fault!!! We are still trying to get the statement they say they have of my son saying he was driving in a median lane for a minute (which he didn't say) but they aren't picking up nor returning our calls all of a sudden! Their whole team sucks! They are a scummy insurance company! Don't ever use them and pray you don't get in an accident with anyone that has them! Jerks!
