It's hard to believe at my age- I have had the same insurance company ever since I learned to drive. That's a long time. The reason I have stuck with Pemco over 40 years is the quality of the service. I have never had a car accident that was my fault but I have been hit more than my fair share of times. Pemco has always been easy to access 24/7 and they have given me the help and advice I need.

We love PEMCO! My husband and I have been customers of PEMCO for over a year now, with both house and car insurance (for both of our cars). They have great customer service and quickly resolve any issues we may have. We were having trouble paying for our renewal online, and were helped quickly by customer service. They resolved the issue for us in minutes and we were able to go online and pay! There was also a small error with the VIN of one of the cars, which was increasing our insurance prices. PEMCO reviewed the information, found the error and corrected it, saving us an additional 20 dollars on our insurance. PEMCO offers the lowest prices we can find anywhere (we're in southern WA), offers great bundling discounts, and provides great customer service that is fast, quick and easy! We love PEMCO!

I have been with PEMCO for about 20 years now and I can say that I am very happy with them.
I have been in about 5 accidents in that time but only one was my fault. When I was not at fault PEMCO fought very hard to make sure that my car was taken care of by the other insurance company and the resolution of the claims have been very quick. When the accident was my fault, I was able to go to any repair shop I wanted and get the car fixed. Also, I did not get my rates raised due to my long safe driving history. PEMCO is a great insurance, for me anyway.

I have always had great customer service with PEMCO. I have used them for my car insurance needs consistently for the past 10 years and have never had a poor experience with them. Their insurance pricing is the most competitive that I have been able to find, and I was able to get comprehensive insurance for my husband’s new car as well. When a poor driver ran into and broke my bumper last year, I was able to get it replaced quickly and efficiently and able to get on my way within 3 days. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I had PEMCO Insurance originally through my parents when I was 18, and when I moved out, I switched over to my own policy. PEMCO is a Northwest based company and really cares about its customers. I found that I looked forward to calling PEMCO whenever I had a problem because the customer service specialists would always answer the phone quickly and were very personal and polite. I always felt like I had walked into an actual store and was talking to a real person face to face. The incredible customer service and transparency of this company eliminated the fear and feelings of powerlessness I had with bigger insurances companies. These guys rock, and have some of the best rates I've ever seen. Thanks PEMCO! I highly recommend them!

Wanted to write again, specifically about their Home Insurance this time. We took a questionnaire and were asked several questions about our new home, to determine what the best rate for us would be. The person helping us was very knowledgeable and helpful. They kindly changed things around for us when we had to change insurance dates (we were purchasing a new home, and the closing date changed), and made sure to send us paperwork to both our old and new address so we would be sure to receive at least one copy (We got both within the week). They offered great rates and a discount for bundling. Some insurance companies did not want to insure us for owning a dog and having a wood burning fireplace, however with PEMCO, this was not an issue. They also offer incentives if you have a security system in place! Overall we were very pleased with the price and service and hope to continue with PEMCO for years to come!

Excellent company! We researched several companies before going with Pemco. We found them to be the least expensive, while still providing high-quality service. Service can be accessed online or via phone. Customer service was extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable. They were able to help us through any issues, as well as provide information quickly. Great price, great service, great company! We also got a great discount, by bundling our car insurance with our homeowners insurance. They made it very easy and simple to sign up, and mailed us copies (several due to use changing addresses) to make sure we had all the proper documentation. A definite recommend!
