I was told about this insurance company by my office friend who was talking about how Plymouth Rock helped him come out of his car accident issues. I was very impressed by his account of the incident . The main reason is that I have never seen any insurance company who has helped its customers on a personal level as they did . I myself had long struggles with my old insurance to settle claims and bills . When I got to know about it , I thought of immediately going for it .This is highly recommended.

Plymouth Rock was suggested to me by my brother. He spoke highly of this company so I gave them a try after being fed up with the last one I was dealing with. Their service has been exceptional and I am very happy with the rates. I would recommend them to anyone looking for car insurance.

Plymouth Rock Insurance Company has overall been a very good company for me and my family. We changed insurance within the last year looking for a better rate with our daily bills increasing and we found them through a friend. We have been pleased so far with the customer service that takes time out to answer our questions and the payment process has been quite simple. We have not had to use the insurance for an accident at this time but we continue to keep the coverage and are happy with the overall result.

Plymouth Rock is the best insurance company I have ever dealt with. In the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy, I had some minor damage. I called up to inform them and mentioned it was not a rush. They immediately asked me if I lost food and I had a check for $400 within a week. Then about a month after the storm, they called and made an initial offer that made me whole again. Accepting this check did not cancel any rights for further damages claims, if repairs were more complicated than the initial estimates. I was made whole within 5 weeks after the storm through 3 phone calls lasting maybe 45 minutes total.

I switched to Plymouth Rock Assurance about 3 months ago from a larger auto insurance company and I've had nothing but great experiences. Plymouth Rock's rates are very competitive and they have truly great customer service. I had a chip in my windshield and they let me pick which company that I wanted to fix it, and they paid the claim within a couple of days. I get periodic emails from them with information regarding my policy, and every time I call their customer service number, the person I speak with is always very helpful and friendly. Plymouth Rock is far superior to other auto insurance companies out there.

I have used plenty of car insurance companies in the past but I must say Plymouth Rock Assurance is the highest on the list. I have a 17 year old driving on my policy and the rates are really tops. Also I am always changing my policy because my son is always buying and selling cars driving me crazy. But their customer service handles everything perfectly. They have a great ways to pay your bill which is great. You can either pay from a PDF e-mail link they send you directly or use their website which is tops. All my information is available on their great website. Their website is setup great and very user friendly.

I had a car accident and ultimately, the whole process was handled well. I haven't had other accidents, so I'm not sure what an average time is for things to be processed, but it took about 5 days for the agent to come out and look at the damage so it could begin being fixed. The agent was polite and understanding of the situation. After that though, everything moved quickly and I have no other complaints. Afterwards, my rates didn't go up so I was pleased with that.
