Traders Insurance Company

This insurance company is nothing less than a joke and a rip off! I paid 130 bucks to start a policy and cancelled the next day due to not purchasing the vehicle! My refund check was 42 bucks after waiting 19 days to receive it! I’ve been on the phone all morning with them because they are telling me the car lot needs to send them something saying I didn’t purchase the vehicle. I’ve been driving 25 years and never had to send anything to start a policy or to cancel one.

the agent Sandra Cano that speaks Spanish was soooooo rude to my mother... I was only helping my mom out in going to the freeway insurance office (which they were so helpful.) They informed my mother that if she would renew in the office they would charge a 20 dollar fee, and the agent suggested to call Traders to avoid that fee. When my mom goes ahead and call, Sandra Cano was the one that ended up taking my mother's payment and she was really rude from the start to the end... She made it seem like my mother was doing some type of fraud but in reality she was just renewing her policy! DO NOT SPEAK TO SANDRA CANO IF YOU SPEAK SPANISH, ASK FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO HELP YOU! SI HABLAS ESPANOL PREGUNTA POR ALGUIEN MAS, SI TE TOCA SANDRA CANO, NO HABLES CON ELLA. ELLA ES UNA GROCERA.

100% the worst experience.

A person with Traders rear-ended me and they claimed my car is totaled, so they won’t pay to fix it and offered me not even half the money that I paid for my car a year ago.

6 weeks without a car and they just gave me $90 for it.

BE AWARE, terrible company! You will most likely get ripped off.

Shame I can't put 0 stars because they don't deserve even one.

I have been with Traders for over 2 years now. In that time, they have always provided excellent customer service and been available to answer any questions I had. Their rates are very affordable and reasonable, and they really try to work with their customers. Of every other insurance company I've had in the past, and I've had many, Traders is the best. A+++!
