Citizens Bank

I recently opened an account at the grocery store branch, where they were offering a 100.00-dollar bonus for starting the account. That was great but what I really like is the very short lines and excellent service. They have this very small branch well staffed. I shop on Sundays often and they are open, which is a great service for me. I did get the free checking account with no monthly balance to maintain, and a fee debit card.
This bank really works for me.

This is the first bank that I ever made an account with. I think they are pretty good. I have not had any problems with them. Their customer service is great and the people working there are always polite and helpful. The application process was really easy. At first I had a joint account with my mom but then I moved on to getting my own account and I had an easy time with that. The only problem I seem to have is that this is a small bank so it is hard to find it in larger cities when I am traveling. I also have had an issue with their debit card. They give me a large fee if I don't make enough purchases each month. Overall I like this bank, it is easy for me to meet the requirements each month and they treat their customers well.
