Community Bank & Trust employees are friendly, helpful, are easy to get in touch with, have competitive rates, and if you have an issue with your account they are right available to assist you when needed.

These folks went out of their way to be helpful and get my loan processed quickly. I had lost my husband earlier in the summer and came to them near the end of the year and they went out of their way to be helpful. They gave me good advice and answered a lot of questions. I would highly recommend City National branch near Weis super market in Ranson.

I have had this checking account since I graduated from high school in 1987. The bank staff are friendly and at my branch in Milton, WV they seem to know the names of most customers. City National got hit with a class action suit a couple of years ago because they re-ordered transactions in such a way as to maximize the amount of overdraft fees they could charge, and I briefly considered switching banks, but once I did a little research into the fees charged by most larger banks I decided to stay with City. For a small bank, it has all the bells and whistles I need - free online bill pay, online transfers, electronic statements and transaction downloads. The only negative experience I have had with this bank is that ATMs are scarce and the foreign ATM fees are pretty high, but with some advance planning that can be avoided.

I've had this account for years. I love it. Everybody at the branches is friendly, great service. There's one close to home. I can call with issues and they get resolved quickly.
