I have been a customer for 14 yrs and fees have raked up! I was okay with a few but then after being on workmans comp for 7 months, I was subjected to pure hatered of my services. I was treated like I did'nt know how to keep money in my bank account' even though I did not get paid for over 3 weeks a teller had the nerve of rearing back at me when I tried to explain and she say's ( Maybe you should keep money in your account!) I described the incident to the manager of the branch and she refused to do anything about it. This is a far different bank then what my Mom, grand ma and grandfater banked at. Im cutting my ties and losses and I'm gone from them.

Its sad when you have been banking with a bank for 17 years or more and they will not honor a Power of Attorney telling you that they denied it because the person isn't in competent or disabled. My power of Attorney should have been enough considering the reason why I have Power if Attorney. So, with that being said I will be looking for another bank and will not ever recommend anyone else. Sad to say your loosing a loyal customer.

I have been with City National Bank for about three years and I have never had a bad experience. I have all of my checks deposited into the account and have my bills taken out directly. There has never been any problem. Anytime I had a question, the customer service agent or banker would always answer all of my questions and they have never been rude. They do have fees that you have to pay, but they are by far the cheapest bank that I have used. I will be banking with them for a very long time and I would definitely recommend them.

I have been a customer of this bank for about 5 years (maybe more). They have always treated me very well! I especially like the service they give you online. I don't like talking on the phone, I prefer to do everything online, if I can. One time, I had left my job and wanted to roll over my 401k to an individual retirement plan. I filled out a form online and they gave me all of the information that I would need in an email. The hardest part was waiting for my 401k to distribute the funds, it took about a week, as I remember. It did take awhile when I wanted to take money out of the IRA but overall, I am very pleased!
