WORST CAR AUTO LOAN COMPANY - STAY AWAY. MY CREDIT WAS OVER 600 AND IM PAYING OVER 24% ON 33K ITS INSANE. I TOLD THEM I WANTED A CAR PAYMENT OF NOT MORE THAN 500 PER MONTH, INSTEAD END UP PAYING $798. PER MONTH. JUST CRAZY

My Husband got a truck financed through them and he was late and asked for extension he got behind and they repo it. We call to get it back they didn’t won’t to work nothing out nor listen. They gave us a week and doubled the cost. As of now no I wouldn’t recommend because other financial services would work with you. Very dissatisfied and disappointed!

DO NOTGET A LOAN from this company my husband made every payment on time we needed a couple extensions due to my husband’s employer closing down. We got a call from flagship saying pay the full amount of the loan or surrender the car because our contract was up. I have never dealt with any lender as unprofessional as these people are rude arrogant and don’t know what they are doing please don’t waste your time or money with these people

Zero assistance. Car was totaled out they got 25k from insurance and while I was waiting on gap to get them the balance insisted I was still responsible for the payments. Like how you just got 25k then gap paid balance then proceeded to force me to pay another 600 in interest. I know next time I go to buy a car telling dealer don't even send my credit check to flagship because I won't sign. This was after I had previously paid off 2 vehicles using them

Having some tough financial times and behind a month and a half and they call at least 7 times a day and wish they would be more understanding buthalf the people cant understand and are rude if i can refinance my car i would but unfortunately cant. Definitely not a great customer service company .would give no stars

This company does not work with anyone, i has personal issues and they arnt willing to help me get back on track with payment, every time I call they are rude and hang up on me, do not use this company ever they need a zero star button

Flagship. repossessed my car, sold it at auction and didn’t apply the sold value to outstanding balance. That is fraud.
This company is a scam that runs frauds against consumers. They trespassed on private property to repossess the car the they sold it at auction for pennies comparable to what it was worth and then didn’t even apply the proceeds of the sale to the outstanding balance. This is illegal. Yet they still report it to the credit reporting agencies as a charge off with the inflated balance.
