Love GM Finical and they help people like me save money. They refinance my car at a lower interest rate and affordable monthly payments.
Thank you for giving me opportunity Show my credit statues and fix my credit score thank you so much again that you give opportunities to people who don’t have credit score yet
They are very helpful and easy to work with. I absolutely love using their app. I can see what my payoff amount is, how many payments I have left and my interest rates. I like to see how I am doing.
I’m extremely happy with the service Cadillac has Tom Peacock in Houston Texas are amazing. My sale rep Ed Harris has the best customer of any car salesman I’ve ever dealt with. Tom Peacock make things happen and has impeccable customer service skills he makes the dealership and is alway on top of his customer. He would move a mountain If it made his customer happy. Thank you Tom and Ed I will always recommend you guys.
They have been great, and a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend them to anybody looking to buy a vehicle. My credit was not the best just coming out of a chapter 13, but they took a chance on me , and I really appreciate it.
We are really enjoying our Chevy Equinox. It is the perfect size for our family. It gets reasonable gas mileage. I like the car’s looks. The only thing I would change is outdoor noise makes listening to radio less enjoyable.
DO NOT GET A LOAN WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE CROOKS! Last May my sister passed away and left her vehicle to my daughter. She had a car loan through this company. My sister’s death occurred in the vehicle so it has been in the possession of a car insurance company and repair shop for the past 6 months. During this time, I have been trying to contact GM to inquire about the loan, (how much payments are, where to send payment, etc). They have refused to talk to me despite receiving the paperwork they demanded I provide proving that I have authorization to do so, (Death Certificate, Probate Forms, Authorization from the Executor of the Estate, etc). Similarly, they have repeatedly refused to speak with the Executor of the Estate claiming they “don’t have the necessary documents.” We have emails, fax confirmations, and phone call records that prove otherwise. As we have been actively trying to speak with someone regarding the loan so we can make payments on the vehicle, GM Financial STOLE the vehicle from the repair shop, (which was still undergoing repairs), claiming WE broke the “agreement.” We did/are doing everything in our power to speak with someone at the company about the loan but they continue to refuse to speak with us. Hours and hours on hold, lies, and zero communication are what you will encounter if you take out a loan with this company. STAY AWAY!
Dealing with GM Financial was an excellent experience. I was treated courteously and professionally. I highly recommend GM Financial for their credit products.
I got a loan with a 549. They were awesome to work with and have been the whole time. I think you need a new dealer more experienced in working with GM. THEY ARE DEFINITELY NOT the issue. Good luck!
