If I could give this place zero stars I would. Highly disappointed. Called several times and explained I needed to speak with someone TODAY and find a resolution TODAY. Was sent to two different departments within the company. NO ONE answered. Got left at two different voicemails. Called back several times. Left countless messages including their text communication option (which was never answered). My account was locked. Haven’t used it in months. Needed to access funds to pay rent. Was told I would be contacted ASAP. Never was. I’m now late on rent and I have the money sitting right there. No one has been able to give me answers. All I know now is that my card was canceled. I made them aware that this was time sensitive. They assured me it would be handled today. Well they are closed now so obviously it wasn’t. I’m now going to be 3 days late on rent and have never been late before. That is my reputation with my landlord and also now a late fee that I should not be responsible for. This is day two of no answers. I’m disgusted that they can allow this to happen.
