It was the best car buying experience I had until 8 days later and I come outside and my car is gone. My first payment wasn't due for another week. Come to find out, a coworker of mine thought he was HR and told them I had been fired in April on the 28th. This I not the least bit accurate. I was never fired. I did however resign my position unexpectedly due to health issues, after I closed on the car. I presented proof and had a manager call and corroborate my situation at work yet they would not work with me at all and seemed to be all too quick to say no. So I lost my down payment, the car, my new job and quite possibly now my apartment because of my former coworker and cnac's lack flexibility. So now I have no idea what I'm going to do. Thanks CNAC for being so understanging (rolls eyes). I would give you negative stars but it's not an option.

I have caught up the CNAC account and it's outrageous how they treat customers and are not very trustworthy. They charge way to much for the used cars with high mileage that they get. I will never purchase from them again once the vehicle is paid off

They prey on people who are in a difficult financial situation and capitalize on the circumstances of them not being able to make payments because of the extremely high interest added

I cant wait to get out of this underwater car loan. I made a big mistake with this loan. Car is not worth 11500. 21 percent interest so stay away from loans from this place

They help with getting a car loan but are VERY expensive , when you don’t have a choice on getting a car loan. They are a buy here pay loan company. Plan on paying at least double the value

I like the company they are very helpful and understanding with payments they allow time to pay as well as help when you can’t make the payment

Worse car dealer ship. Asked for way to much money up front. And didn't try to work anything out with me were real quick to pick up my vehicle
