Relative died from COVID and left me with an awful mess! This bank is not willing to work with me for a deferred payment or forbearance. Even though this is a hardship due to a pandemic, I'm told that because the mortgage is not in my name, I can't claim it! The person I am dealing with is condescending and is clueless to what is going on in the real world. Asking for one month to get a full payment together and she doesn't want to give me the time. When I first went to the Westfield branch 6 weeks earlier, I was told by their rep, "Oh honey, you need a lawyer?" I spoke to counsel, he laughed and told me I was doing everything correct on my own and that the person at the bank didn't know what she was talking about. They have not made this easy on me. They are making a difficult time even harder!

was SCAMED $10,000 applying for a business loan. Had an unbelievable low appraisal and have no opportunity to appeal. Had two other appraisals done on land and both came back DOUBLE. They refunded none of the money! not allowing me to appeal any of it.
